Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened bottles.
Once an order has shipped, it is considered fully final.
Refunds or replacements are only issued for items that arrive damaged. To request a damage review, customers must contact Temptation Fragrance LLC through our Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Photos of the outer shipping box
- Photos of the damaged product
- A photo of the shipping label
- The order number
If the claim is approved, we will either resend the item or issue a refund, at our discretion. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the scent
- Opened, tested, or used products
- Packaging opened by the customer
- Orders without valid proof of damage
Because scent is subjective, personal preference cannot be accepted as a valid reason for a refund.
