- Temptation Fragrance LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Order cancellations are permitted within 12 hours of purchase.
To request a cancellation, customers must submit a message through our Contact Us page and include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for cancellation
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12 hours, or if the order has already been processed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
